FS2004/2002 Sepecat Jaguar GR1 Set 1. Produced to meet a joint Anglo-French requirement in 1965 for a dual-role advanced/operational trainer and tactical support aircraft. The RAF variant entered service in 1973 and has since been transformed into a highly potent fighter-bomber, having participated extensively in the First Gulf War, subsequently being involved in many operations in the Balkans and most recently the Second Gulf War.The RAF’s Jaguar fleet has recently undergone a major upgrade programme and been designated as the Jaguar GR3. The RAF has 4 Jaguar squadrons. Nos 6, 41, 54 and 16(R), all based at RAF Coltishall. ALPHA Simulations. 9.2MB
