Airport was missing.

New version 2020.09.13 (v0.1.0):
* Added runway, aprons and taxiways
* Added parking. No fuel awailable, so you have to fly to ENSB
* Corrected markings on aprons and threshold
* Approach lights
* Corrected AFIS frequency

Additional:
ENSA Svalbard/Svea is located as far as 77 degrees north. No Bing images available this far north. Please excuse the generic ground textures for now.

Taxiway lighting is more dense (more lamps) in the project than in the build for some reason
