Costa Esmeralda Airport (MNCE) v1.0
Yet another airport being made on request. It is a good place for flying commercial jets to land, you can even fly an A320 but the apron is too small to accommodate.
Limitations and Known Issues:
It seems that there is no documented SIDs, so just climb directly to airways upon take off.
Sometimes the approach route may looks weird in flight planner, but they will become normal when you sit in the aircraft.
ATC will only assign visual approaches, even if you have selected STAR and instrument approaches in flight planner, and you will be asked to report runway in sight during approach.
There are problems of crash to desktop with a single arrival/approach with multiple transition legs, so I’ve changed the end of the STARs to SALAZ(IF), and the two STAR routes have been split into 5. The route from ULAPO is omitted as this waypoint is duplicated, which also keep resulting in crashing to desktop.
You need to descend to 3000ft before SALAZ. If you are not told by ATC to do so, request it yourself.
The aircraft will be directed to the runway, and all the remaining waypoints are skipped when ATC assigned the aproach. It is common for many airports in the game.
