ELLX-Luxembourg Findel International v0.2.1

Here goes the V0.2.1. It is not finished, however, it is usable with AI trafic.

Accurate runway profile, accurate gates, parkings and taxiways.

P1, P2, P3 and P7 are completed with Gates. However, some are still GA ramps but they all have the correct designation. Lightning is also included.

P4, P5, P6, P8, P9 and P10 are NOT currently implemented in 0.2.1.

P3 is not accurate as the material used to make the apron has been renewed in real life.

Cargolux building on apron P8 is custom build but really ugly… Same for the bridge on 24. They will be remodeled as well as all the buildings I did not make.

I still have decals to do but globally, the airport is functionnal.

Let me know about any improvements I can make.
