LIRF – Rome–Fiumicino International Airport v1.3

Rome’s main airport, based on latest imagery I could get this is the lyout as it was in them.
All stock buildings for now although I am working on some FSX ports with permission of the original author.
There is still a bit to do but what’s been done so far can be used with most taxiways in place and parking.

V1.1
Have added custom buildings courtesy of Massimiliano Saroto (Originally modelled for FSX), many thanks Massimilano for use of your models.
There is some things to be done still with some of the mdoelling to make it fit better but looks better than the default. (Note, I have had to change the file name due to way the SDK works for me, so you will need to remove the lirf-scenery folder from your community folder and insert the new folder lirf-airport)

V1.2
Added ILS’s and hopefully the models should work (if they didn’t in previous version). Ensure you have no other of the previously downloaded folders (for this scenery only) in your comunity folder before extracting this one.

V1.3
Re-addd the default Navdata (should be ok with Navigraph as well)

    LIRF is a wonderful job. Parkings are not accurate, ATC don’t charge flight plan.I’m sorry, but that is what i can see.

    Nice work! But as already mentioned, no DEP or ARR to choose from. Worked in an earlier version. Maybe due to the recent sim update?

    When will you upload a new working version of your scenery of LIRF? I always get only version 1.0 offered in the download. But unfortunately, it has no arrivals and departures. The file manifest.json contains the following lines:
    “dependencies”: [],
    “content_type”: “SCENERY”,
    “title”: “LIRF – Rome”,
    “manufacturer”: “”,
    “creator”: “gee”,
    “package_version”: “0.1.0”,
    “minimum_game_version”: “1.11.6”,
    “release_notes”: {
    “neutral”: {
    “LastUpdate”: “”,
    “OlderHistory”: “”

    Best regards

    Thanks a lot.

    GSX is not working because of missing navdata. Thats a pitty, because the scenery is very well done for freeware!
