To avoid any misunderstandings
Don’t expect to much, these are not real life remakes of the airports, it’s just an improvement of sad, deserted and dark AI airports.
Per default I’m flattening the runway where the mesh is doing crazy things. If it seems appropriate and I have time to work on it, I’m adding lights, missing hangars, terminals and jetways, beacons, ILS antenna arrays, glideslope antennas and a tower similar to the real buildings and locations, maybe car parks, if these can be identified in sat images.
Important – I never touch RNAV or ILS approaches, if these are missing, not working as intended or misaligned, it’s on Asobo and you should open a ticket with Zendesk.
The intention is to provide fps friendly airports for people with lower hardware specs, to give them more immersion.
So please don’t complain, that it’s not the real thing.
This is a collection of small regional and international airports in the Pearl River Delta to give us some immersion for flying VFR in the area.
Try these small inner city airports at Foshan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, it’s fun.
