East London FAEL exclude file v1.0

This file is a polygon to exclude some autogen (“Detected Buildings”) over the town of East London (east of FAEL) which I believe is causing a CTD.

I was having a repeatable CTD every time I flew over the town of East London or on approach to runway 29. I removed all scenery from the Community folder, started in SAFE mode and also completely deleted and reinstalled MSFS, but the problem persisted. I have never used the SDK but decided to give it a try to create an exclude file or polygon over the city (I was initially not sure if it was a problem with the airport or scenery outside of the airport area). The CTD problem seems to be resolved with this bgl file – YMMV.
