8MN3 – Breezy Point Airport

This airport is a private airport in the resort area of the Brainerd Lakes region of Minnesota. It appears to have exceptional facilities for a small private field. I have enhanced the default scenery and added some of the more recent improvements including the new ramp (2016) and the tie down addition and tree removal project (2019). I replaced default AI buildings with generic hangars where appropriate.

This airport features one runway (17-35) which is asphalt in great condition. The approach to 35 now can be true to life with the addition of the gas station to the south and power lines east of the county highway. Check out the airport website for more details on the approaches, they have great videos on approach to both 17 and 35 available.
