The Avio Club Syracuse airfield is an Italian airfield located 6 km southwest of the city of Syracuse, along the SS 115 state road in the section between the city and the Cassibile motorway exit of the A18 Siracusa-Rosolini motorway, in the territory of Rinaura locality. The structure is equipped with a 400 meters long asphalt track whose orientation is RWY 03-21. It also has its own VHF radio frequency 128,450 MHz with ISRSR identification code, assigned by the Ministry of Economic Development. The circuit is of the “standard” type for 03 (left turns) and non-standard (right turns) for 21 and the flight activity is carried out according to the rules and schedules of the VFR.
