Welcome to Seymour Arm on the sunny Shuswap Lake, located approximately 65 nm northeast of Kamloops and 35 nm north of Salmon Arm. This little town lives life at a slower pace than most but attracts its fair share of campers/houseboaters through the summer months. The airstrip is little more than a line cut in the trees with parking at one end. The runway is relatively long at around 2400 feet but quite narrow between the trees. The strip is real but the ident is fictional as I couldn’t find reference to one.

Bring your tent or hit up the historic hotel and stay a while!

Oh and as we are out in the wilderness, watch for wildlife!
