King Air 350 Engine Fix (Prop Feathering, Prop Speed & Ignition) v1.2

Config mod for the King Air 350i to fix the following issues in the stock one:

Prop feathering now works at idle on the ground, enabling you to start/stop the engines in feather
Fixed propeller beta on ground, prop RPM is now controllable and the aircraft no longer gets stuck in dangerous thrust settings (the engines do produce a considerable amount of idle thrust in real life, to counter this the condition levers should be in LOW IDLE, prop levers at MIN and alternate between IDLE and BETA (reverse) on the thrust levers when taxiing)
Ignition bug fixed – ensure autoignition is set to ARM before starting. If you miss this step and ignition gets stuck on, ensure auto-ignition is set to ARM and cycle both starter switches, ignition will then switch off.
