IMMELN-BASEN (ESX2) was a gravel strip used somtime during 70’s and 80’s by the Swedish army (Armén) during a big military excercise in Sweden. The army flew the Scottish-Aviation Bulldog (SK61).
The strip have a sloped runway down thowards the lake Immeln. Keep this in mind during approach as you will land uphill. There’s only one way in and out!

Enjoy some bush flying in Sweden!
