Sports Force Park Sandusky (former KSKY airport) v1.0

Sports Force Park Sandusky opened in 2017 on the former site of Griffing-Sandusky Airport (KSKY). The park contains sports fields for soccer, baseball, softball, and other outdoor sports.
This is a companion piece to my recent Cedar Point scenery (shown in the background of some of the attached screenshots), which lies a couple miles down the lake shore. For some reason, MS Flight Simulator still features KSKY in the game even though it closed a few years ago and has been almost entirely demolished. Now with the recently updated aerial imagery, it looks particularly out of place.

Features (version 1.0)
– Full removal of KSKY airport facilities in-game, including from the World Map.
– Basic hand-modeled recreation of the buildings on the Sports Force Park site. This was somewhat of a quick-and-dirty project, as I was tired of seeing the defunct airport on top of a totally different ground image as I wrapped up the Cedar Point project, but didn’t want to just leave flat ground. That said, the building models are reasonably accurate if super basic in mesh and texturing. I also added a warehouse to the west of the site (no longer standing in 2020, but present in the MSFS imagery) from Asobo’s generic object library.
– Slight retouching of trees/vegetation.
– Fully compatible with my recently released Cedar Point scenery. I’ll update that scenery shortly to add this package, but I’m sure not everybody wants to re-download a 150mb scenery for the sake of a 600 kb addition/enhancement.

Installation
– Download the ZIP file and extract the “ksky-sportspark” folder to your Community folder:

For the Microsoft Store version: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_\LocalCache\Packages\Community
For the Steam version: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community
