Perth CBD. This is a re-release of my original Perth CBD which I originally pulled from this site due to performance issues in game.

Perth Arena is included within this release (lower poly version to my original separate release).
I’ve included Burswood Casino within this release.

Optus Stadium is not included
Elizabeth Quay is not included

This has been made specifically to minimize performance impact. Please comment if you would like to see a higher quality and cleaner upload.

Flying very low to these buildings (under a few hundred feet) you will notice that there are lower quality textures). This has not been made to look super clean for very low fly overs (but it will look much better than what is originally in the MSFS of course!)
