Here is My River Thames water height fix and uncovering of hidden features under the water.
This works with and without the Orbx London city pack.
To add this file just unzip the file into the community folder and off you go.

Version 2.0
-fixed tile height issue causing floating Orbx scenery on Canary wharf.
-un-covered more hidden features in the water.
-fixed un-masking issue caused by mistake.
-fixed dip in London City airport runway.
-fixed water issue next to Canary wharf.
-added cargo containers
-added cargo ships.
-added factory building
