The Base is a fictional man-made island with an international military air base located in the strategic Arabian Sea.
The Base is created putting in mind players who enjoy flying military aircrafts; as such, it has ramps for military compact and military cargo aircrafts only. Civilian aircrafts and guests are welcomed though

This is my very first airport and I consider it work in progress, depending on community feedback. I have been working on this project for a while, so, your feedback will be appreciated.

Known minor issues:
1. As the Base is a fictional airport with a fictional ICAO code (BASE), there are few issues considering ILS landing despite that ILS setting and frequencies are correctly set. Therefore, when you choose the Base for arrival from the World Map, you can select VFR (Direct-GPS) or IFR with proper waypoints automatically set but it will not provide any runway ILS option.
Another related issue upon approach, tower will ask you to descent rapidly from your cruising altitude to 2000 Ft or less, and I believe this is related to legs setting which I have not identified thus far.
2. As this game loves pushback despite I disabled ground services, your copilot will still ask for pushback, and the tower taxi guide will let you exit the ramp from its south despite that you can simply taxi north (ahead) because it is assuming the pushback service is active. So, please ignore that until I figure a way to solve it.
3. Despite the Base has dedicated helicopters ramps, the game does not yet support adding parking ramps for helicopters.
4. The Base map is not rendered on the World Map despite that it correctly renders on aircrafts map instruments.

Other than that, enjoy an epic flight and landing to/from the Base. I do recommend choosing OOMS (Muscat) as a departure airport and setting the time to be around dawn, dusk or night for a remarkable flying and landing experience!

Installation:
1. Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Drag and drop the unzipped folder into the game “Community” folder.
