Bydgoszcz Scenery (Landmarks & Buildings) v0.5
Thanks to ignorance of Bing Maps “forgotten city of Bydgoszcz” is recreated where the whole city was auto generated with dull generic buildings.. My father lives there and that’s why I wanted to give interested people a taste of this wonderful city. My first ever project which made me learn to create scenery using Blender and earth2MSFS tool. I didn’t want to use just this tool alone and load the whole city without size limitations where people would need to download 6-9 gb of data where nobody would be able to fly around because of the 3D rendering requirements. So I have chose and edited each part by hand and some of them are baked and optimised to have a smooth flying experience. Depending on the feedback I might contuniue to develop this project and add Night lights ,some more buildings and so on. I am already re-creating the Death Valley Monument from zero in Blender. I have put a little Jesus surprise to one of the monuments already . If you fly very close you can see it
Close to 200 sepearate buildings including
– Stadiums ,
– almost all universities
– all hospitals in the Centrum area
– The Brda Canal area where it gets connected to the Central Station
– Whole Old Town
– Shopping Malls
and my favourite at the furthest part of the city ;
– Water Treatment center. Such a beautiful facility that I had to include.
Some parts have been edited in chunks for efficiency. All the imperfections treated with care using the Flight simulator objects. There might be some left I am not sure

Sidenote: If you get distracted by the amount of POI’s on your view dont forget that you can disable them in Options / Assists / Navigational Aids. I tried not to mark everything anyways
Installation:
Just extract the 2 folders inside the zip file to the community folder of your game which is usually inside the x:\Microsoft Flight Simulator\HLM_Packages\Community
